World Poker Tour (WPT) is a weekly televised series of about 13 poker tournaments worldwide. The seat to the Scandinavian Open will be awarded to the winner of Titan Poker's Scandinavian Open Super Satellite tournament, which will take place on December 30, 2005.
The minimum number of players in the Super Satellite tournament will be 20. One seat to the Scandinavian Open will be awarded for every 33 players in the Super Satellite. The remaining prize pool, if any, will be distributed according to Titan Poker's standard tournament payout structure.
Speaking of the European Poker Tour's ''Scandinavian Open,'' it began to air its dynamic and stylistic series of poker programs in the fall of 2004, which culminated in the Grand Final event at the magnificent Monte Carlo Casino in Monaco.
This final event included ten finalists and runners-up selected from the six EPT preliminary events. Those players then competed for the title of EPT Series 1 Grand Champion.
